Niuniu Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s all the key information to guide you:
1. Request Timeframe
You must submit a return or exchange request within 30 days of the item’s delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (no stains, tears, scratches, or unauthorized alterations).
- All original tags, labels, and included accessories (e.g., user manuals, charging cables for electronic items) remain intact and unused.
- Packaged in the original packaging (such as product boxes, dust bags, or protective sleeves) to prevent damage during transit.
Important Note: Always contact us first to obtain the correct return address. Using an incorrect address may result in delays to your request or rejection of the returned item.
3. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Request the Return Address
Email us at Niuniu6781@outlook.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Address Request,” and include your order number in the email body. We will respond with the designated return address within 1–2 business days.
Step 2: Ship the Item
Package the item according to our instructions (ensure it’s well-protected to avoid transit damage). You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping; we do not provide prepaid return labels.
Step 3: Finalize the Request
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (to confirm it meets eligibility requirements), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note: Banks may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
- Exchanges: After inspecting the returned item and confirming eligibility, we will ship your replacement item within 3 business days. Shipping for the replacement item will be covered by us.
4. Order Cancellation
- Unshipped Orders: You may cancel an order that has not yet been shipped by emailing us at Niuniu6781@outlook.com with your order number and “Order Cancellation” in the subject line. Act quickly—orders are processed hourly, and we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You will need to follow the return process outlined above once you receive the item.
