Niuniu Shipping Service Instructions

We’re committed to delivering your electric vehicles (EVs) safely and efficiently to your door. Below is a detailed guide to our shipping process, coverage, and policies:

1. Delivery Coverage

  • Available Regions: We ship to over 200 countries and regions worldwide, including North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.
  • Unavailable Regions: Delivery is not provided to Aland Island, Ascension, Azores, Mainland China, Eritrea, Somalia, Yemen, and other specified areas (refer to our full exclusion list for details).

2. Shipping Process & Tracking

You’ll receive real-time email updates at every key stage of your order’s journey:


  • Order Confirmation: Sent immediately after you place your order (confirms we’ve received your request).
  • Payment Confirmation: Sent once your payment is verified (lets you know your order is being processed).
  • Shipment Confirmation: Includes a unique tracking number (use this to monitor your order’s location).


Tracking Channels: Enter your tracking number on 17Track or Track718 to check delivery status anytime.

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Total delivery time = Order processing time + Shipping time (all are average estimates):


  • Order Processing: 3–8 business days (we inspect, test, and package your EV to ensure quality and safety).
  • Shipping Time:
    • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
    • Fast Shipping: 7–12 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated in Euros (€) based on your order total, with transparent pricing:


  • Orders totaling €0–€99.99: Fixed shipping fee of €10
  • Orders totaling €100 or more: Free shipping


The exact shipping cost for your order will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete payment.

5. Customs Taxes & Duties

Depending on your destination country/region, local customs may apply duties, import taxes, or other related fees. These charges are determined by your local customs regulations—not Niuniu—and are your responsibility to cover.


We recommend contacting your local customs office in advance to understand potential costs and import requirements for electric vehicles.

6. Important Notes

  • For restricted or regulated products (e.g., certain EV models subject to local import rules), we may use alternative shipping carriers—this could cause slight delivery delays, and we’ll notify you promptly if this occurs.
  • Estimated delivery times are for reference only. Delays may happen due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or peak shipping periods (e.g., holidays).
  • All orders ship directly from Niuniu’s official warehouses to guarantee product authenticity, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
